JWCC has a public relations/information staff that actually does their job and earns their paychecks. Good for them. More area public and private outfits could take a clue from them.
Not sure it was worth front page second section status, but it's a good story.
Not all stories are about corruption and crime, you know.
My thoughts exactly. Whoever they are, they really rake in the coverage.
