Cute Headline
"Kohl's puts best food forward at event".....nice. The Whig should do more of those, especially on inconsequential stories like this one. A little wit never killed anybody.
I may have to reconsider my extreme skepticism of the hydroelectric plant idea after reading how electric companies around the region are interested in the electricity that might be generated by such operations. At first it seemed like a complete pie-in-the-sky idea to me. Of course, finding the $180 million to build the thing might be a stumbling block, since I doubt if Quincy could bond that kind of money; and besides, estimated figures are always low. That leaves state or federal grants--and by 2013 the state's financial train wreck should be well under way.
