But you'd think the City of Quincy Arts Awards could come up with something better to give its recipients than a painting by a high school student.

Many years ago my son was one of the students that had art work given to one of the people that won this award. My son was so proud. He went on to become a very good artist. Many of those student have a lot of talent.
Hm, that's a good point. Hadn't thought about it from that angle.
